Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Covers one registered mobile device per membership.

  • Must provide IMEI or serial number upon enrollment.

Duration & Renewal

  • Valid for 12 months from the enrollment date.

  • Membership is non-transferable and must be renewed annually.

  • No auto-renewal.

Exclusions

  • Does not cover physical repairs (e.g., screen, battery), water damage, hardware modifications, or unauthorized software.

  • Not applicable to severely damaged or non-functional phones.

Liability

  • FarisMobile takes all necessary care during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hardware failures, or external damage.

  • Routine cleaning and diagnostics do not guarantee total prevention of technical issues.

Refund Policy

  • Cancel within 7 days for a full refund if no services have been used.

  • No refunds after 7 days or after any service is performed.
